Our delivery conditions
We deliver worldwide, provided no delivery restrictions apply. For our library users, we provide individual solutions to support business procedures: approval deliveries, approval plans and consolidated deliveries as well as selection support and subscription services.
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver to our customers and send a fixed invoice, payable in full upon receipt, and we only charge the shipping costs actually incurred.
Literature that is in stock is shipped immediately after the order is received. If not all books in an order are immediately available, we will make partial deliveries. Please note that the delivery period for titles that are difficult to obtain might be several months in individual cases.
Periodicals and newspapers are available from us by annual subscription. The subscription period is normally the calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or exchange free of charge any consignments lost or damaged through no fault of K&S’s.
For first-time customers or an order value over EUR 150.00, we reserve the right to require the customer to pay in advance.
Ebooks are available for download and can only be obtained online. You can find all our available ebooks via www.kubon-sagner.com in our OPAC under the category of e-Content.

Please note that the prices indicated in Euros apply to Europe. Customers in the US will be billed in US dollars. Discounts for libraries are subject to negotiation.
